Lapland UK is a seasonal immersive experience that recreates a Nordic-inspired Christmas world in South-East England, where guests are invited to step into a carefully crafted story of festive wonder. It blends theatrical storytelling, live actors and highly detailed set design to create a fully realised environment that captures the magic and anticipation of Christmas.

The work focused on translating this physical experience into a digital one through a website that reflects the same sense of wonder and discovery. The design direction leans into a beautifully whimsical visual language, using soft textures, warm lighting cues and playful motion to echo the journey guests take on site. Navigation and interaction were designed to feel less like browsing and more like entering a story, gentle transitions and illustrative detail that builds atmosphere rather than simply presenting information. The result is a digital presence that extends the magic of Lapland UK, giving users a first taste of the experience before they arrive.
